FOR A CHANCE TO WIN AN E-BOOK :)

This week I am giving an ebook copy of Angie McKeon's new book Against All Odds :0)

So tell me do you buy magazines?  I ask this questions because I was in the grocery store the other night, killing some time, waiting for my dinner and decided to browse the magazines.

I looked at a craft magazine then I looked at a True Story magazine (didn't know that one even existed) and the last one I picked up was a Renovation of Kitchens magazine or something like that.  I decided to then look and see how much it cost and holy moly $13.

The point of this story is THANK GOD FOR PINTEREST AND THE INTERNET LOL.

  1. I use to buy a ton of magazines - (subscription is way cheaper than grocery store price) but I ended up with a pile that I was months behind in reading. Now I only get 1! Spend time reading or on FB!!! Just had to get 3 books this AM!!! LOL suzannestewart49(at)yahoo(dot)com

  9. I used to buy magazines when I was, like, a teenager (all those pictures of celebrities--you know). I don't do it anymore, though. I'm not much of a magazine reader; I stick to books.

Thanks for the chance, and Happy Friday! (:

  21. I used to buy several different magazines. They made great reading material for the rest room. My favorites were People, Ok & Weight Watchers. I've been waiting for People to have an e format. Now that they finally do, they are charging as much or more than the paper magazines. That doesn't make sense.

  22. I occasionally buy magazines (Southern Living or a cooking magazine) if it has something in that I just cannot live without. I do have a few subscriptions to cooking magazines. They are just too expensive to purchase
