I have asthma - always triggered by an annoying stimulus - diesel fuel, wood smoke etc. Only have 2 or 3 attacks a year - avoid situations that I react to. But do not have allergies to seasonal triggers! Coworker suffers wicked this time of year But we got our first hard frost this morning (terrific!) - will kill a lot of the weeds he reacts to! Sue

No, thank goodness, I don't suffer from allergies but sympathize with those who do. I have friends who have them and they are miserable...more so in the fall than the spring. Hope you are sneeze-free soon. Thanks for the recs by the way. I found several I "needed". msdebms(at)aol(dot)com

ReplyDeleteI do have allergies and athsma. This is usually my worst season also but I started going to an acupuncturist and she has helped greatly with both of those. yay! :) Allergies are the only excuse to hope for an early frost! lol

I never really suffered from allergies but I am beginning to have a little sinus issues... same thing? I can feel sinus pressure and tenderness around the nose and eyes when it's coming on.
