~Guest Post Reviewer Sandy B. from The Book Blog~Review of Unintentional Virgin by A J Bennett

Unintentional Virgin – A.J. Bennett
BLURB

Karma Points is cursed. Cursed with a stupid name and the inability to lose her virginity. She's on a mission to lose her virginity before she turns twenty if it's the last thing she does.

One night, her good friend Eva brings her to an underground club where Karma meets a tattooed bouncer. He’s far from the clean-cut type she normally falls for, which makes her think this finally might be the night she crosses the threshold of womanhood.

Excited, she goes home with the bouncer named Jax and as always, her dreams crash down once again. Jax cannot believe she is willing to give away her virginity to a stranger she met at a club. As the only son with five sisters and a widowed mom, he can't morally go through with it, even though he's never been more tempted in his life.

Unwilling to let her walk away he strikes a deal. Karma has to spend three weeks dating him and then decide if she wants to have sex or walk away.

Sandy B’s Review

Unintentional Virgin is intentionally sweet, sassy and sexy with a nice touch of angst.

Her dad came out of the closet after she was born. Her other dad (his partner) is a Queer Eye for the Straight Guy computer hacker extraordinaire. The girl has zero self-confidence thanks to her mean as a rattlesnake mother. The woman looks like Christy Brinkley but acts like Maleficent is you know what I mean. You would think this young woman would be all kinds of crazy but is remarkably well adjusted considering events of her past – which I will not spoil for you. Karma’s dilemma? She’s 20 and still a virgin! On a quest to have a 1 night stand she meets Jax. He is the very hot bouncer that lets them in at the door, except that he turns out to be a very hot fireman instead. The bouncer thing is a side gig for his brother in law who owns the club. All systems are go until Jax realizes she’s a virgin and refuses to seal the deal. He’s got a proposition for her. Spend 3 weeks together, getting to know each other, before he follows through on cashing in her v-card. It all sounds good in theory but it soon becomes apparent that this not going to be a slam, bam, thank you ma’am.

This was a sweet, sexy, sassy, easy read. Did I mention, that the sex is HAWT? Did I mention he’s tatted up with a rock hard bod to boot? Did I mention that Jax is swoon worthy? “I love your hips and the way they fit perfectly in my hands, your nose gives you character, your thighs…Jesus, I can’t even think about them without getting a h*rd-on, and your eyes make my heart race like a schoolboy with his first crush.” Yeah….like I said swoon worthy.

There is some drama and angst here just to keep it interesting. I really enjoyed it and will be reading more A.J. Bennett books for sure. As a matter of fact, they are waiting on my Kindle at this very moment.
